West End Lofts

Located at the west end of Boulder’s historic downtown, the West End Lofts represent both the traditional and modern aspects of the downtown character. While remaining respectful of a more traditional exterior, Barrett Studio looked to the interior design of four units to speak to the spirit of urban living: large open spaces, bedroom lofts overlooking the kitchen and living room below, high ceilings and windows offering direct views of the mountains to the west. A material palette of aluminum, concrete, glass tile and off-white stone creates a space that is modern, sophisticated and comfortable.
