Block 6

At the edge of Holiday Neighborhood’s Retail & Mixed Use area, Block 6 applies contemporary styling and materials to a six-unit mixed-income structure. Roof decks which take advantage of the Flatirons & Hogback views are complimented by generous front porches, bringing security and activation to the streetscape. Care was taken to avoid stigmatization of the affordable units, which are identical in exterior appearance to the market rate units.
