Urban Loft

Boulder, Colorado

A complete architectural design and interiors package for a loft apartment in Boulder.  Inspired by the dramatic western views and urban setting, clean lines and a dark material palette were chosen to balance the intense western sun filtering into the public spaces.  A combination of absolute black and blue eyes granite was integrated with custom charcoal cabinetry in the kitchen and living room.  The more intimate spaces incorporate natural cherry cabinetry and gray limestone to evoke a sense of calm and retreat as a compliment to the bold warmth of the open areas of the loft.  A complete furniture package was selected with the client to complete the contemporary urban style.
